Celtic Tribal Cargo Pants M-L-XL)

Lot's of lovin' in these babies!  These Celtic cargo pants have a total of 10 Celtic knot appliques!  To make the pants, I started off wth awide waled all cotton black corduroy for the base.  I then added thin waled green corduroy panels at the side and braided waled blue corduroy for accent strips.  On both side panels I applique Celtic braids and two more on the cuffs.  There are a total of 4 T=triangle knots at the cuffs of the pants and and two small triangle knots on the bum pockets.  There are two front pockets, 2 back pcokets, two splt cargoes and a stash at the waist, giving you a total of 7 pockets...YAY for pockets!  On the cargoes, I added diagonal strips that flow into the cargo split, making a peace sign.  The diagonal strips run through the pockets and across the front and back panels, so the peace sign carries throughout the entire leg!

The drawstring/nonroll elastic waist measures 46 inches wide.   The length of the pants unhemmed measures 43 inches along the outer seam.  The bottom cuffs measure 30 inches round.  The pants will be hemmed to fit.

"125+ Appliques" Pants (M-XL)

Take a close look at these baggies, and you will see that there are over 125 APPLIQUE PIECES on these pants, no kiddin'.  To make the pants, I used a SUPER phatty waled deep tan corduroy, a yummy deep lilac narrow waled and a deep pea green narrow waled corduroy.  The decorative accents you see on the side panels and pockets are all lil' appliques.   There are two front pockets, two bum pockets, two inversed split cargoes, and a stash at the waist.  The inversed cargoes have been appliqued to continue the design and accent the center.  I then capped the cargoes with a 5 strpped flap.  The back pockets have quite a few bits of detail as well.  They too repeat the side panel applique work and have flowers to adorn them as well.  To finish off the bottom cuffs, I repeated the 5 strip band along the bottoms.

The drawstring elastic waist will be customed to fit, but opens up to a maximum of 48 inches.  The length will be altered to fit.  Right now, the outerseam measures 41 inches long, and the cuffs measure 31 inches round.

Scalloped Hemp Bloomers (S-M-L)

Hey all...what I've got for you here is another lovely pair of hemp bloomers for you petite mama.  To make these bloomers, I used a heavy weight hemp twill, medium waled moss green corduroy, and guava melon hemp.  The main portion of the pants and the two front pockets are the hemp twill.  For the decorative bottom, I appliqued a leafy vine pattern and then trimmed away the edges, so that the bottoms would be scalloped.  I then appliqued lil' flowers above the leaves.  I also cut away the flower centers, so you can see rigth through them!  There are 2 front pockets, 2 bum pockets, and a stash at the waist.  The 2 front pockets are a simple box style, and the 2 back pockets are jean-styled pockets with matching applique work.  To separate the appliqued bottoms, I added another moss green strip along the border.  After stitching them up, I dyed the bloomers "Peaceful Skies."
The drawstring elastic waist will be customed to fit, but opens up to a maximum of 38 inches...please keep this in mind when thinking about those hips, okay.  These pants will best fit someone X-small/small.  The length is fixed, so they cannot be altered...they are made to rest a bit higher like bloomers.  Right now, the outerseam measures just under 30 inches, and the cuffs measure 26 inches round.

Here are some great lightweight corduroy pants perfect for the spring season!  To make the pants, I used a pair of recycled cotton corduroys, along with purple, rust, and burgandy corduroy.  For the appliques and seminole work, I used a variety of vintage and new fabrics, too.    The seminole work is quite detailed and super earthy.  Literally 100's of patches!  There are a total of 6 dragonflies buzzin' about in the grass on the baggies...two being on the back pockets!   There are two front pockets, two bum pockets, and a stash at the waist, to store any needful things.

The drawstring elastic waist will be customed to fit, but opens up to a maximum of 49 inches.   Right now, the outerseam measures 38 inches long unhemmed.  I'm  5'9" for reference, and they are a bit short on me.  They can be shortened up to 3 more inches without losing the purple trim and applique work.  The bottom cuffs measure 26 inches round...nice and comfy!

Halter Wrap Overalls (S-M-L)

Hey there pretty mamas...check out this new comfy and sexy jumper!  I'm so excited to introduce another new style for you!  This soft jumper is so simple and practilcal.
To make the jumper, I used an organic cotton duck and dyed the piece periwinkle & rosehip kiss.  This luscious apron wrap jumper is simple and quick to put and the fabric is so nice and breathable...perfect for the upcoming warm weather!
I stitched two front pockets at the hips that close with abalone shell buttons.   There are two jeans style pockets at the back and a hidden stash at the waist as well.
This jumper is adjustable, as it wraps at the waist and ties at the neck.  The halter splits at the front of the chest so you can drive those dirty hippy boys crazy...hehehe!  The pants portion wraps around the waist and ties at the front.  I inserted elastic at the waist for a more comfotable fit.  The jumper would best fit someone 5'6" or shorter.  It is one size fits most.  I will custom hem them for you, too, okay. My honey liked this outfit so much, he commisioned me to make one for myself...hehehe!

This garment is hand-dyed,
therefore, there may be variation in color and pattern.

Patchwork Pisces Pallette Cargoes (M-XL)

Hey there!  Here's a pair of random patchwork pants just in time for the season.  I started making these before Christmas last year, along with the matching hoody blouse, but they just weren't ready to be finished till now.  Sometimes a project will do that to me...hehehe!  This beautiful batik fabric (which you will find I used for the matching blouse) inspired my pallette...makes me think of my pisces colors...mmmmmm.  I used corduroys, suede cloth, velvet, organic cotton, and a calico for the patchwork.  There are two split cargo pockets, two rear pockets, and a stash at the waist, giving you a total of five pockets.  The drawstring waist measures 47 inches completely opened and cinches down to fit a smaller waist. I will add a custom elastic band in the waist for a more comfortable fit.  The length of the pants from waist to hem is 40 inches, awaiting your hemming specs, and the cuffs measure 30 inches round.

Matching hoody blouse available here.
I enjoyed the texture and color ensemble of these fabrics so much while working them.  For the patchwork, I randomly stitched wool leftovers from the school girl skirts I stitched for my last Fall line. Between each lovingly placed patch, I stitched deep eggplant organic cotton twill, which created a grid pattern. I then stitched yarn detailing along the middle of the eggplant strips.

There are 2 front pockets that button with beautiful shell and wood buttons I received from Cre at Oceantribes; 2 bum pockets, one of which I appliqued a wolf print; and 2 cargoes adorned with yarn detailing as well. Yayyy for pockets!

The pant cuffs are finished off with handmade scalloped lace trim. To make the trim I satin stitched the edges of a strip of the organic eggplant twill in a scallop and trimmed off the edges by hand!
The waistband is elastic, and stretches up to 41 inches max...I will stitch the elastic to fit. I made a belt and belt loops around the waistband, to allow a smooth and flat waistline.

These trousers are made to sit below the waist (the silver ribbon on the mannequin is the natural waistline). The front rise is 12 inches, and the present length from waist to bottom hem is a super-duper long 45 inches to make sure we can get a fit for most any height. I will shorten them free of charge for a custom fit. :c)

give the lady bugs a dimensional effect!  I was so very please with the way the turned out that I made a skirt, too...yayyyy!  The pocket drawstrings are finished with wooden buttons and serve as the lady's little antennae.  :c)  There are two front pockets that close with wooden lady bug buttons, two more pockets on the bum, and a small stash pocket inside the waistband.  I then made a matching belt out of a beautiful veggie dyed fabric.  The pants have an elastic waist, so that the waist lays flat beneath the belt.  I will adjust the elastic to fit your waist measurements.  The waist opens to a maximum of 39 inches and the pants are cut a-frame.  These baggies will best fit an XS-L sugarmama, and though there is a finish at the bottom, I will be able to adjust the length for you without losing the trim, because it is temporarily tacked on.   The current outerseam is 38 inches, and the bottom cuffs measure 29 inches round.

Terrocotta Hemp Capri Overalls
(with coconut buttons and fluorite stones)
Hey all! What I've got for you mamas here is an adorable little hemp jumper!  This garment is perfect for the transition season, because it can be worn with or without a blouse underneath.  The mannequin just doesn't show and tell how the capri length sits.  It is so much cuter on a person than the mannequin, but alas, I cannot take pictures of myself...heehee!
To make the jumper, I used a yummy light-weight, yet durable terracotta hemp fabric.  I added two pockets that gather with ties at the front of the jumper.  There are also two bum pockets that close with cocnut buttons and fluorite beads.  I then detailed the jumper with a multicolored yarn using a decorative vine stitch.  The front gigline closes with single-holed coconut buttons like the back pockets.   I stitched 4mm fluorite rounds at the center of each button to add a bit of magick!
The free waist measures 39 inches and the hip area measures 47 inches.  These overalls are meant to fit baggy, so they would best fit a S-M-L sugarmama, and though there are ties and yarn detailing at the bottom, I will be able to adjust the length for you without losing them...I will redo it just for you.  :c)   The current length from shouldertop to botton 52 inches, and the bottom cuffs measure 21 inches round without being drawn.

Khaki & Olive Linen Capri Overalls
(With Coconut Buttons, Lapis Lazuli Beads, & Yarn Detailing)
Hey all! What I've got for you mamas here is an adorable little linen jumper!  This garment is perfect for the transition season, because it can be worn with or without a blouse underneath.  The mannequin just doesn't show and tell how the capri length sits.  It is so much cuter on a person than the mannequin, but alas, I cannot take pictures of myself...heehee!
To make the jumper, I used a draping khaki linen and an olive recycled cotton print with feather fabric.  I added two pockets that gather with ties at the front of the jumper.  There are also two bum pockets that close with cocnut buttons and lapis beads.  I then detailed the jumper with a multicolored yarn using a decorative vine stitch.  The front pockets are adorned with a decorative yarn pattern, and I repeated the pattern on the bum pockests as well!  The front gigline closes with single-holed coconut buttons like the back pockets.   I stitched 4mm lapis rounds at the center of each button to add a bit of magick!

Wolf in the Woods Cargo Pants
A perfectly simple pair of cargoes for the Rasta soldier...

To make these cargoes, I used the reverse side of some camoflauge fabric to mellow the mood a little, along with black linen for the side panel stripes, green linen, yellow duck cotton, and brick red hemp canvas for the chevron patchwork detailing.

There are 2 upper front pockets, 2 bum pockets, and 2 cargo pockets with the chevron patchwork detailing...simple, but plum full of Earthy goodness.
The pant cuffs and waistband are made with the right side of the camoflauge fabric.  To make the waistband, I tried something a little different.  I stitched the drawstring band on the outside, so that the cinching will draw a bit more even and secure.

The drawstring waistband measures 42 inches completley opened and cinches down to fit.
The OUTERSEAM (waist to bottom cuffs) measures 44 inches, but I will hem them to fit free of charge and restitch the cuffs back on for ya.  I love to make sure that my clothing fits a person properly and comfortably. :c)
