What I've got for my sugar sister here is another goddess blouse, simple and comfy, perfect for everyday wear. These blouses can be worn with or without a top underneath, making them perfect for the transition of the season.
To make the top, I used a textured organic cotton gauze. I then used the same fabric to make a braided belt by tearing strips along the fabric grain, to give the belt an organic feel. I then appliqued an Earthy rainbow yarn twist along the belt. I repeated the yarn detailing along the v-neck, armholes, and side slits, to add a bit of subtle detail.
The blouse is fitted on the mannequin with dressing clips, so please note that the fit is larger than it appears in the pics. The overall circumference of the bustline is 42 inches, creating an ideal fit for someone 36-40 at the bust. The length of the garment, from shoulertop to bottm hem is 27 1/2 inches, and natural waist measures 48 inches.

The front yoke has two cowrie shells and a heart shaped camel bead dangling in the front. I will supply a washing bag to protect the beads in the laundry. The sleeves flair out fro a comfy everyday fit, and I trimmed them with a subtle cotton lace. The bottom of the blouse bells out to 60 inches. This blouse will fit a S/M. The blouse measures approximately 41 inches from armpit to armpit and 22 inches from shoulder top to hem.

The apron is closed at the back for you shy lil' violets, and it ties at the shoulders for a more precise fit. The ties are finished off with wooden batik beads. On the trunk of the tree, I stitched some bark detail. To finish up the blouse, I added leave details to the split sleeve cuffs and split hem. Seminole Smocked Apron
Hey there pretty mamas! This smocked apron is so comfy, practical, & plum full of Earthy goodness! It's perfect for everyday! Wear the apron with or without a blouse underneath!
I used a cotton calico oatmeal duck cloth, some cream homespun cotton, an earthy deep olive green cotton, and cotton crochet lace, which I dyed chocolate mousse. I smocked the front panel of the apron and added a small seminole strip along the bottom, which connects to the peek-a-boo crochet trim that wraps around the apron. The open back closes with two sets of cotton ties, which I finished off with matching wooden beads. The blouse is meant to fit comfortably loose and measures 36 inches across the bodice, fitting someone 32-38 at the bust.
Hey there beautiful mama! This is a simple and comfy apron top for the mamas with a fuller boosom. When I first started this piece last month, it was to be a skirt, but I didn't like the way it had turned out, so I reused the bottom ruffle and began again! I'm a weirdo, I know.
I stitched up this apron using yummy batiks and hand-dyed fabrics! The bodice top is fitted, so you can wear this without a bra. Now that I have a nice dressform, I am able to pin and create more shapely bodices without darts! Yayy! The back is smocked, so that it will stay nice and snug with movement. I added two detachable straps that attach with two mother-of-pearl buttons! I created a butterfly pocket on the front of the bodice and added some handmade bais tape to trim it up.
The apron measures 35 inches unstretched at the bust and stretches to comfortable fit a mama 38 inches at the bust maximum. The length of the apron, from bodice top to hem is 17 inches long, and the bottom circumference measures 55 inches round!
For this apron, I used a bunch of yummy scraps I have been saving up for some time now. I used the fabrics to create random patchwork for the bottom of the apron. In the center of the bodice, I peyote stitched a beautiful petrified palmwood cabochon using antique gold glass seedbeads. At the bottom of the apron, I added some flocked eyelet trim, along with HANDMADE brown calico and navy calico scalloped trim. To make the trim, I stitched a scalloped border along some strips of fabric and then cut away the excess to make the ruffles! It was time-consuming but oh so fun and worth it!
The apron bodice measures 32 inches from loop to loop and has a stash pocket inside. The top should fit someone 32 inches and up, depending on how much back you wanna tease those dirty hippie boys with. *WINK*WINK* The length of the apron, from bodice top to hem is 19 inches long. The spin of the apron bottom is 57 inches round.
Hey there beautiful mama! This little number is made from soft summery recycled calico prints in dusty teal, lavender, cream, sage, and cocoa. The bodice top is fitted, so you can wear this without a bra. Now that I have a nice dressform, I am able to pin and create more shapely bodices without darts! Yayy! On the center front of the bodice, I appliqued a lotus flower, using spruce silk for the leaves, lilac hemp/cotton for the petals, chocolate hemp for the seeds, and a white calico for the flower backdrop. The bottom has a double tiered ruffle embelished with lilac grossgrain ribbon.
The apron is open at the back and measures 31 1/2 inches from loop to loop. It will fit someone 32 on up, depending on how much of that back you wanna tease those diry hippie boys with!
The length, from bodice top to hem is 20 inches long, and the bottom bells out to 64 inches!
This here is a comfy nursing top for you new mamas! While shopping around for nursing tops, I found that many fit like big ol' bags, and the last look we want after birthin' is to look like a big ol' bag! That's no fun! So I reversed the criss cross apron tunic to create an opening at the front instead of the back!
This blouse is made from a soft light sage green home spun cotton, with an applique lotus made from hemp, hemp/cotton blends, organic cotton, and linen. The blouse buttons at each shoulder top (underneath on the right side) for easy access with wooden buttons hand-dyed cherry. The blouse splits at the front to make nursing a snap! There are two front pockets with matching wooden cherry dyed buttons. At the back of the blouse top, I repeated the mauve center piece of the twelve petalled lotus applique.
